PRODUCTS CENTER

Automotive side sliding doors are generally categorized into manual and electric types. The latter, which has a higher manufacturing cost, is typically found on mid- to high-end MPV models, where the rear doors open and close via electric lateral sliding. When a passenger outside the vehicle pulls the door handle, the door slides open electrically; once inside, pulling the interior handle causes the door to close automatically. The electric motor used in automotive sliding doors is developed based on a miniature gearbox, with the primary transmission system comprising a drive motor and a gear unit (reducer). This component, also known as an automotive sliding-door motor, is custom‑designed to meet specific technical specifications—such as output power, output speed, rated voltage, diameter dimensions, gear‑drive configuration, gear material, reduction ratio, and output torque—each tailored to the application. Zhaowei Company is dedicated to the research, design, and manufacture of automotive actuator motors, gearboxes, miniature reducers, and sliding‑door motors, offering a comprehensive suite of custom development solutions.
