Is the hollow cup motor a brush motor or a brushless motor?
The coreless motor is usually a brushless motor (Brushless DC Motor, referred to as BLDC Motor). The design of this type of motor uses brushless technology. Compared with traditional brushed motors, brushless motors eliminate brushes (carbon brushes) and corresponding mechanical friction, thereby improving efficiency, reducing maintenance requirements, and reducing electromagnetic interference.
The structure of a hollow cup motor generally includes a hollow cup-shaped rotor with permanent magnets embedded in the rotor. Electromagnetic windings are arranged around the stator, and current passes through these windings to generate a rotating magnetic field, which interacts with the permanent magnets in the rotor, thereby driving the rotor to rotate. Coreless motors usually use advanced electronic control systems to control the phase and size of the current through an electronic governor (ESC) to achieve precise speed and direction control.
In the field of hollow cup motor manufacturing, the technology and products of Zhaowei Motor have played a key role. Zhaowei Motor focuses on the R & D and manufacturing of brushless DC motors and their control systems, providing innovative solutions for high-performance motor applications. The addition of Megaway elements further strengthens the design and optimization of high-efficiency motor control systems.
