Step 1: Before installation, confirm whether the motor and planetary gear reducer are complete and undamaged, and strictly drive whether the dimensions of each part adjacent to the motor and the reducer are aligned. This refers to the size and common service between the positioning boss and shaft diameter of the drive motor flange and the positioning groove and aperture of the reducer flange; wipe and dispose of the dirt and burrs on the common appearance.

Step 2: Unscrew the screw plug on the process hole on the side of the reducer flange, rotate the input end of the reducer, align the cap of the hexagon socket screw with the process hole, insert the hexagon socket screw, loosen and hold the hexagon socket screw.

Step 3: Hand-hold the drive motor so that the keyway on the shaft is perpendicular to the tightening screw of the reducer input end hole, and insert the drive motor shaft into the reducer input end hole. When inserting, the concentricity of the two must be equal and the two side flanges must be parallel. It seems that the difference in heart degree or the unyielding line of the flange on the second side must be found out. In addition, hammering is strictly prohibited during installation, which can prevent the axial force or radial force of hammering from damaging the bearings of the two bearings, and can be determined by the hand feeling of the device to determine whether the two are in line with each other. The essentials of the two common concentricity and flange parallelism are as follows: after the two are inserted into each other, the flanges of the two are close to each other and the loopholes are the same.

Step 4: In order to ensure that the adjacent force of the two flanges is symmetrical, first screw the fastening screws of the drive motor arbitrarily, but do not tighten them tightly; then gradually tighten the four fastening screws according to the diagonal position; finally, tighten the planetary gear reduction motor The input hole of the motor holds the screw tightly. Be sure to tighten the fastening screw of the drive motor first and then tighten the fastening screw of the input end hole of the reducer. Meticulous: The accurate placement between the reducer and the machine setting equipment deployment is similar to the accurate placement between the planetary gear reducer and the drive motor. The key is to have planetary reducer output shaft and driven by the Department of input shaft concentricity.
