The company is committed to driving business growth through technology, with R&D investment consistently maintaining a level of no less than 6% of annual sales. The R&D system is divided into three major modules: product platform R&D, project application R&D, and process and equipment R&D. The R&D team comprises over 190 members, with R&D personnel accounting for 15% of the total workforce; more than 90% of the team holds a bachelor’s degree or higher, resulting in a talent density significantly higher than the industry average.


Aligning closely with industry trends and core customer needs, the company continuously refines its technology capability matrix, covering key technical areas such as NVH simulation, CAE simulation, electromagnetic analysis, brushless control hardware and software development, anti-pinch algorithms, the 8V platform, EMC, new materials R&D, precision manufacturing, precision tooling, and in-house development of core equipment.


Starting in 2025, the company will adopt the IPD (Integrated Product Development) process to establish a collaborative mechanism between product planning and preliminary technical research. With a total laboratory area exceeding 2,000 square meters, the company obtained CNAS national-level laboratory certification in 2020 and will complete the first phase of its EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing facility construction by 2026, thereby continuously consolidating its leading technological position in the industry.
